Q1. How do I choose the size? The bracelet fits wrists 16–19 cm (6.3–7.5 in). It uses an elastic cord, so one size stretches to fit most.
Q2. Will it cause an allergic reaction? It's cast resin with no metal parts and no nickel, so it's safe for metal-sensitive skin.
Q3. Is it waterproof? Yes. Wear it in the shower or pool, then rinse with fresh water afterwards.
Q4. How long does shipping take? We dispatch in 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US takes 8–14 days with tracking.
Q5. Who pays import duties? We cover all import duties. The price you see is the final price — nothing added at delivery.
Q6. Can I return it? Yes, within 30 days if unworn. Keep the box and card; see /returns for the steps.
Q7. Can you engrave or customize? Not yet. We offer five resin colours — Sunstone, Ivory, Aurora, Rose, and Bluesand — no custom text for now.
Q8. Is it real gemstone? No. It's cast resin with a stone-like finish, not a natural gem. The meaning card says so plainly.
